My room was very clean and the staff was super nice

I was not happy with this facility they charged me for two rooms when I reserved only one room two adults too bad she would not do anything to fix the problem somehow the reservation got incorrect they said that you have to fix it so I tried to call you all I got was this computer-generated fill in a blank situation I did it so many times you were not listening you kept referring me to a dollar program reward and all you did was frustrate me more I'm a veteran I have a big mouth to inform all the chapters here in the United States of how super 8 with booking.com doesn't listen to the customer you don't even have a phone number to be contacted to why you don't want to make face to face conversation all I want is the the bill to be correct that dollar thing makes it sound like it's a scam not to listen to the customer I just want it fixed and don't have me fill out more surveys to see why things were wrong in this facility they didn't even have no breakfast ready for anything nothing was ready it was from 6:30 to 9:30 and I was in there at 8:00 and there was nothing there no tables were set up no bread to do toast the waffle maker thing was it going nothing was ready it was a dump
